Withdraw funds from GloPay to your bank account

When your customers pay invoices sent via GloPay, the funds land directly in your GloPay balance. You can withdraw all or part of your funds at any time.

Supported Bank Account Types and Fees

GloPay routes all payouts using Revolut’s global banking infrastructure. This allows us to bypass traditional intermediary bank networks and offer you the lowest possible transfer rates worldwide.

  • Always Free:

    • Revolut accounts: Instant transfers using just your Revtag.

    • Eurozone bank accounts (SEPA/IBAN): Transfers within the SEPA zone are completely free.

  • Low Banking Fees:

    • ACH: Available for USD transfers to US banks.

    • Fedwire: Available for urgent USD transfers to US banks (fees depend on the destination bank).

    • SWIFT: Available for international transfers outside local networks; fees vary depending on the destination currency and country.

Bank Account Requirements

To withdraw funds, the destination bank account must be registered under your legal name. You will need to provide the full account details when linking it to GloPay. Depending on the account type, this typically includes:

  • Account holder name: This must match your legal name.

  • Account number

  • SWIFT/BIC code: Required for traditional international and SWIFT account types.

  • Routing number: Required for ACH and Fedwire USD account types.

  • Recipient address: The billing address your bank has on file for this specific account.

Note for Revolut users: For personal Revolut accounts, you do not need standard bank details. You only need to provide your Revtag username.

Withdrawing Multiple Currencies

If you receive payments in multiple currencies, they will appear as separate currency balances. Currently, you cannot withdraw from more than one currency at a time.

For example, if you hold balances in both USD and EUR, you will need to submit two separate withdrawal requests, even if you are sending all the funds to the same destination bank account. Any applicable transfer costs will be displayed clearly before you confirm each withdrawal.

Payout Currencies and Foreign Exchange

GloPay supports multiple payout currencies. Your bank account’s native currency can be different from your payout currency, provided your bank supports incoming transfers in the currency you select during the withdrawal request.

For example, if you withdraw EUR but your bank account is in SEK, GloPay will route the EUR to your bank, and your bank will handle the conversion to SEK.

Important: While this works in most cases, some traditional banks do not accept incoming transfers in foreign currencies. Your bank may also charge an incoming transfer fee or apply their own retail currency exchange rate. If you are unsure about your bank’s cross-border policies, please contact them directly before making a withdrawal.
