We're GloPay

We empower people to work for themselves. Find out more about us here.

Transparency

We think the financial tools people depend on should have nothing to hide in how they work or what they cost.

Simplicity

Complexity is usually a sign that something wasn't designed with the user in mind. We take that seriously.

Professional Autonomy

We think great professionals do their best work on their terms. We create solutions to enable their freedom.

Trusted Partnerships

Amazing things happen when great talent and great companies get to work. We exist to make that as easy as possible.

We built GloPay so you can build the life you want.

For decades, remote professionals around the world have run into the same wall: the work is there, the skills are there, but the contract isn't going anywhere because the client needs a registered business on the other end.

Larger companies, especially in the EU, often can't engage individual contractors at all without one. As some of the original pioneers of high-performing remote work, our founders have been living and working through that reality for a long time. They'd watched talented people lose real opportunities not because of anything they did wrong, but because of what essentially amounted to a paperwork gap.

That's what GloPay came out of. We launched in 2025 because we believe that a compliance gap should never be the reason someone loses a great opportunity. We built GloPay to break down those barriers so you can focus on the work—and actually win the contract—while we make sure you look the part where it counts.

When you’re a remote contractor in one country and your client is a company in another, things get messy fast. Most big companies are hesitant to send funds directly to an individual's personal bank account in a foreign jurisdiction especially if you are based in a bit more exotic location.
